Exchange & Return Policy – Europianperfumes
At Europianperfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All seals, labels, and accessories must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Damaged products caused by misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–30 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Europianperfumes.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received
The replacement item will be shipped after the returned product is inspected and approved.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
